I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the city. It was really close to the metro station, so it was easy to get around. I also loved that it was within walking distance to Tianfu Square, where I spent a lot of time. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they spoke English well, which made getting useful information a breeze. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning and a mini-bar. Plus, the free Wi-Fi was a nice bonus.
Although the staff were generally helpful, some of them didn't speak English very well. Additionally, I was a bit disappointed that there was no tea or coffee in the room, despite having a kettle.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say that I was highly impressed. The location of this place is perfect - tucked away in a quiet area yet still close to everything I needed. The hotel provided a service car hire, which made it incredibly convenient for me to explore the city. The rooms were spacious and well equipped with all the amenities I could ask for, including air conditioning and a mini-bar. I also appreciated the sitting area, which was a great place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The staff here were exceptional, providing top-notch service throughout my stay. They were friendly and always willing to assist with any inquiries or requests I had. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi was a bonus as I was able to stay connected throughout my stay.
This place is an absolute gem! I would highly recommend it to everyone.

English-speaking staff, polite and kind. Convenient location near metro station. Clean and well-maintained structure. Nice souvenir shop with reasonable prices. Abundant and high-quality breakfast. Close to Wenshu temple complex and restaurants. Comfortable beds and strong water pressure. Less traffic noise due to private road location
Nothing, no complaints at all.

The location of the hotel was fantastic as it was close to transport links and within walking distance to popular areas. The breakfast selection was really good and offered a range to suit different tastes. The staff were helpful and accommodating to my requests.
The language barrier was a significant issue as hardly any of the staff spoke English, meaning simple tasks like ordering room service or checking in took longer than expected. The room, while comfortable, was not as clean as I would have liked and had a slight odor.

the hotel is ideally located near the Wenshu temple, which is an amazing tourist spot to visit. We loved the clean and spacious rooms, comfortable and cozy bedding, and the well-equipped bathroom. the breakfast was sumptuous and had a variety of dishes to choose from. We loved the helpful staff, who always made sure we were comfortable and made good use of the hotel's translator phone. We were especially impressed by the souvenir shop, which offered authentic products at reasonable prices.
The elevators could sometimes get busy and made us wait for a while during peak hours.

It was conveniently located close to public transportation and also within walking distance to popular tourist attractions. the hotel provided excellent value for money, offering nice amenities at a reasonable price. Best of all, the staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help out with any questions or requests.
To the hotel that should be mentioned. For non-Chinese speakers, communicating with the staff could be challenging at times, especially if you had a specific request.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
